Scrapbooking – My Little Diva
This is a layout I did as part of a challenge on scrapbook.com. The point of the challenge was to incorporate circles into your layout. As you can see I used a lot of cutout circle shapes, and I also used polka dot paper and ribbon to add to the theme. I also did some stitching by hand around the edge of the paper that holds the title as an extra touch. I just recently got into stitching on my layouts and I think it really helps to spruce up pages. I usually do it by hand, but if you have a sewing machine, you can use it as well.

Cardmaking Idea
Since I love to scrapbook, I have taken a step further and started to make my own cards. Here is the first card I ever made. It was for my aunt and uncle, who had just had a baby boy.

The stamp is from Stampin Up and I colored it in with Stampin Up chalks. The background is just brown cardstock that I stamped to cover with cute baby words in white ink. The rest is just standard scrapbooking paper that I cut into various shapes to arrange in a nice pattern. The flower is edged with brown ink to give it a nice shadow.
Some Scrapbook Sharing
I’ve scrapbooked a whole album dedicated to Ava’s first year of life, and I have to say I’m quite surprised that I actually finished it! Anyway, I thought I would share a couple of pages with you. This is a two-page layout about Ava’s funny facial expressions that she used to make as a baby. It’s one of my most favorite layouts:

My Bucket List
I love to scrapbook, it’s a nice hobby that helps make beautiful pages of family memories. I have several albums and pages completed, so I thought I would share one of them with you. I made this page based on an online challenge that I participated in on Scrapbook.com. Basically, it lists ten things that I would like to do before I kick the bucket, which will hopefully be in a very long time from now because I still have not tackled anything on that list. What about you? What would be on your list?
